Max Limit on Number of Dimension Tables / One field Dimension Tables

Hello,

I've couple of questions on SSAS Cubes.

1> Is there a Max Limit on Number of Dimension Tables that can be created in an SSAS Cube?

2> As I do not have any Unique IDs in my Data/Source, I've created one field dimension tables where that field will be the unique ID and mapped to Fact table with that field as Foriegn Key?

Will one field dimensions are a good design for adhoc tables that do not have uniqueness in the data? PS: The size of the cube/data is relatively Small.

Your Inputs are higly appreciated.
