When I click on the 'My Account' tab, an error screen comes up. I've been able to roubleshoot it down to the 'My Dashboard' tab within the 'My Account'.

I have never had this problem before...but now I get the same error.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Source Error:
An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.
Is this happening at a certain time of day? It's likely some site updates are being pushed but should hopefully only happen over night.

Hi Devin.
I think not. I'm from Portugal and from monday to friday I usually try in the morning and in the evening. Wich are 5 hours from NY. And problem maintains.
One curious thing is that trying to access myaccount goes "ka-boom" (http://www.bidn.com/myaccount/) but if I try http://www.bidn.com/myaccount/articles/ I have no problem and can edit post and other stuff. Is something in the "myaccount" tab.
Same problem to you Scott?
Hope this helps debugging problem Devin.

Marocadf,
I supplied my crenditals to the Bidn support team and they were able to duplicate my issue tonight, I think they are well underway into fixing this tricky issue.
