With the economy still suffering from all the job losses and military personell are getting out of the service, people are trying to reinvent themselves to be more marketable. Pragmatic Works helps those individuals. We have a non proft organization called Pragmatic Works Foundation, that will provide the individuals while onsite for a week, all the hardware and software for their FREE I.T. training. This training will help individuals break into a career of Business Intelligence. If you would like to be considered, please visit our website:

You will need to fill out the personal profile and email it back along with your resume. You will also need to be 100% available, from 8am-4pm for a week. There will be homework assigned nightly. At the end of the week, we have two outside companies come in to talk with the candidates. You will get to hear about soft skills and branding yourself as well as be put in contact with a top notch recruiter.
May 13th is the deadline for application submission.
Anyone who is reading this please listen to me: Currently I've done two days of this session, and it's awesome. When I interviewed for a spot in the Pragmatic Works Foundation I made it clear that I am a beginner, and they said that's what they were looking for. So, I'm being taught a lucrative job skill in an interesting way by a respected company, and it's not costing me any money. As silly as it is going to sound, if information technology is something you want to get into, take a week of vacation time from your current job and participate in the PWF the next time it's offered.
