Well last week's MDX puzzle showed us how to use the Ancestor function to navigate the levels of a hierarchy. This week's MDX puzzle is all about navigating within a single level of a hierarchy. If you need a referesher on a hierarchy and how the levels fit into a hierarchy, I suggest you check out my article, MDX 101: Introduction to MDX.
I know the last puzzle maybe gave a few of you some difficulty, so this time I'm going to give a few more hints. Now on to the puzzle!

Good luck, folks! Give it you best shot and don't be afraid to send me a query that you're not sure is right if you need some help. That's the point of these puzzles. As always, when you get your query written, email me at dryan@pragmaticworks.com with Double Deuce Action in the subject line.
Also, at the end of the week we'll have a drawing for the really sweet Kick'n SSAS t-shirt. Those of you with correct answers from last week's and this week's puzzle will get their name thrown in the hat for the drawing, so make sure you come back on Friday to see if you were the winner.
Update 11/2/2010:
So far we've had three correct answers. The BIDN'ers with the correct answers are:
PatrickLeblanc
MartinMason
ChrisAlbrektson
If you're still working on your query, get it finished and email it to me before Friday morning so you can get your name in the hat for the Kick'n SSAS shirt.
Update 11/4/2010:
Got another correct answer today from:
TomLannen
Nice job, Tom. To everyone else, if you're still working on your query get it in tonight so you'll qualify for the drawing tomorrow!
