Today I thought let me blog about something outside the Programming.

I have faced this many times and I am sure many of you have seen too. When you try to email someone in Outlook and Contact Email address doesnt show up in the AutoComplete List... it really annoys me.

Well here are some easy steps to show up all your contacts in AutoComplete list so you never have to worry about leaving your message window to grab recepient's email address.

The AutoCompelet List is stored in *.NK2 file. The following steps will populate NK2 file with all your contact emails.

Step-1 : Open Contact Tab

 Open Contact Tab

Step-2 : Select All Contacts by pressing Ctrl + A

Step-3 : Create a New Message for selected Contacts
Open Contact Tab

Step-4 : Wait for under lines under each contact or Press Ctrl + K to Parse all emails

Step-5 : Close Message... and test New Message start typing some contact name and you will see that email in the auto complete :)
